With nearly a decade of my own operating experience as a third-generation row crop and produce farmer, I understand what it means to be at risk of losing valuable rented acres to a landlord sale. Having battled through multiple of those scenarios and successfully coming out on top, I knew I needed to provide the same pathway for other family farms in similar positions. I quickly created a rinse and repeat, real estate sale leaseback model that leverages a capital partnership to help maintain, and grow their farming businesses.
